I’ve Tested & Developed Hundreds of Recipes for Eating Well—Here Are 15 That I Make Every Winter

It is the last week of winter and this article will consist of 15 recipes that are all made during these chilly months. These recipes were originally written for me when I was in middle school or high school, but they are still delicious today, as seen below.

For most people, eating well can seem like an impossible task. But if you follow some simple rules, it will be possible. Here's how…

1. Eat foods that have lots of nutrients such as fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.

2. Drink plenty of water. This will make you feel better and keep your stomach full.

3. Exercise regularly. If you're not sure where to start or if you need something more intense, try running or hiking.

4. Stay hydrated. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

5. Take vitamin D. Your body needs it to function properly.

6. Avoid sugary foods (e.g., those with added sugars) and instead choose fruits, vegetables and lean protein sources.

7. Be mindful of the foods you eat. Limit your intake to one serving size. And don't forget about portion sizes.

8. Limit salt. The more you consume, the higher the risk for high blood pressure.

9. Cut out processed foods. They don't provide a lot of nutrition and often contain unhealthy amounts of fat.

10. Don't eat too much junk food. Instead, opt for healthy options such as whole grains, low-fat dairy products, lean proteins and vegetables, which give you a lot of nutrition.

11. Get enough sleep. Lack of rest can affect our bodies' ability to repair tissues and perform other functions.

12. Quit smoking. Smoking can harm your health and cause serious health problems. The best way to quit smoking is by gradually reducing the number of cigarettes you smoke per day.

13. Practice good self-care. Many times, we neglect ourselves by spending time on things that aren't important or necessary, like social media, eating out, drinking, etc. By taking care of yourself, you'll help protect yourself from getting sick from illness or accidents.

14. Create a positive mindset. A positive and happy mind-set can help you stay motivated, focused, and energized.

15. Use sunscreen. Sunscreen helps prevent skin cancer and protects against harmful UV rays.

By following these tips, you'll be able to enjoy a healthy and balanced diet, while also feeling great. Remember, no matter what happens, you're always going to get through it together!

That concludes the list of fifteen amazing dishes that I've created and tested and developed over the years. Each recipe has been carefully crafted to address different issues, so be sure to check them out when planning your next menu. As long as you're willing to put in the effort to create something tasty, well-balanced and satisfying, anything is possible!

I hope these recipes will inspire you to try your hand at cooking new and exciting dishes that you may never have attempted before. Now, go ahead and spend your final days enjoying these mouthwatering meals with loved ones and friends!
